B.A.BALEX bases its activities on the desire to help citizens seize the right to be a player and not just a democratic subject.
B.A.BALEX bases its activities on the desire to help citizens seize the right to be a player and not just a democratic subject. To this end, the association promotes contribution to the Commons and the Common Good by : deploying resources to make the law accessible, repositioning citizens as people who receive but also can contribute to the creation of law.
Both with Remix the Commons, another french organization, B.A.BALEX is one of the co-ordinator of the European legal lab for the support of the commons.
It had also coordinated a gathering of french organisations acting in the field of sustainable access to food and adressing the question of the commons.
