The right to participate: Webinar on participatory processes and tools. From community to legal tools in commonlands governance
The webinar will try to shed light on the particularities, needs and fundamental tools to guarantee quality in social participation processes in general and specifically in those who want to focus on a Learning Community for a better governance y commonlands. Besides this, B.A.BALEX will first offer an overview of the regulatory reality of traditional communal communities in the different countries of the consortium, their location in national legality and the legal instruments that are developed for their operation in each of the cases.
For this purpose, theoretical talks will be offered, presentation of good practices and tools used, a workshop space for sharing, identification of lessons learned and challenges to be addressed in the territories
Special attention will be paid to existing governance systems and legal tools to ensure that it is as participatory, democratic and equal as possible.
As part of the webinar there will be a space for collective analysis on the common elements, needs and the development of some proposals as a consortium to improve the legal reality of communal communities in Europe as well as the inclusion of women in governance systems and management.
