Open registration for webinar: «Gender and Informal Norms in the Use and Management of Ecosystems: Feminist Perspectives»
On May 8th, 9th, and 15th, we will be able to meet online to share experiences and reflections on a deeply moving debate: the relationship between gender and the conservation and management of ecosystems.
During the sessions, coordinated by ISEG, the University of Lisbon (Portugal) and Norsk Seterkultur (Norway), we will be able to learn about the experiences of women and organizations from both countries, learn about ecofeminist perspectives and the potential and challenges they pose, and learn about proposals being developed in Wales and Viena.
We will conclude the sessions, naturally, by listening to women who currently manage communal territories in Portugal and their perceptions of the challenges of occupying positions of power within them.
